Policy for Minors (Under 18)
For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian is required to attend the initial intake session. For all following sessions, a brief check-in at the beginning and end of the appointment is all that is needed to remain seamlessly in the loop.
Important: If a parent or guardian is not present at check-in, the session will be cancelled and is non-refundable. If they are absent during check-out, a fee of €20 will be charged. Unless discussed otherwise, as I understand that emergencies and special circumstances can sometimes prevent this, but this must be discussed beforehand.
